Ben & Jerry’s came to us with a sweet challenge: position their delicious ice cream as the ultimate couch companion. Our solution? Pair it with the ultimate couch. We partnered with Koala to design a one-of-a-kind couch, tailored for maximum indulgence. Complete with branded shelving and a built-in freezer, this wasn’t just any couch—it was the ultimate ice cream throne. But to take it home, there was a catch: you had to sit on it.
The nuts and bolts
We took over Sketch Collective in Surry Hills for an immersive three-day event where guests could get "maxo-relaxo" in style. They had the choice of enjoying a "moo-vie" screening or embracing zen with a "moo-ditation" session, all while indulging in one of 3,000 scoops of Ben & Jerry’s that were dished out over the event.
To add to the experience, guests walked away with cozy Ben & Jerry’s-branded merch and Grammable snaps that kept the fun alive long after they left.
Amplifying the excitement, we enlisted influential Ben & Jerry’s superfans to create thumb-stopping content, ensuring the unique collaboration caught the attention of ice cream lovers all over Australia. This wasn’t just a campaign—it was a cool, couch-based takeover that got everyone talking.
