Meet Mitch. Or Mitchell if you’re feeling in a more professional mood.
Mitch has created and produced some of Australia’s biggest experiences that have picked up both local and international gongs for executional excellence. From shutting down an airfield and racing an F1 car against a fighter jet, to producing some of Australia’s biggest ever sporting events, there’s nothing Mitch can’t do.
Mitch knows the nuts and bolts of the experiential industry. Speaking of nuts and bolts, Mitch has put together two of Australia’s most successful brand-funded pop-up stores. In his last gig, Mitch was National Activations Director at Ensemble and was responsible for leading a team of experiential experts.
Mitch loves a bit of banter, especially with his horse…mainly, because they’re on the same page.
Meet Paul. Or Pauly if you’re his grandmother.
Despite the fact that he sometimes gets ID’ed, he is older than he looks.
In his time, Paul has worked in digital media, traditional media, communications planning and strategy, content, partnerships and experiential. Paul’s brain works in weird and wonderful ways and loves a challenge or two.
As a hybrid strategist and creative, Paul has worked on brands in every category under the sun and picked up gongs along the way for campaigns for the Federal Government, Microsoft, Contiki and Sony Pictures. In 2013, Paul was an Australian Cannes Young Lion winner, a global Cannes silver medalist and was named in B&T’s 30 under 30.
In his last gig, Paul was Strategy and Ideas Director at Ensemble.
Paul loves to banter, especially if you’re talking about whisky, hip-hop or the riveting world of the ATP Tour.
Meet Emma. Or Em if you’re not her parents.
Originally from glorious Brisbane, Em has spent the majority of her career working in client management and development, project managing a variety of complex events, activations, exhibition stands, sampling campaigns and sponsorships – she’s even built an app! Her genuine interest in getting to know the people who work within the brands she works with makes client WIPs feel like you’re having tea with your nan.
With a blended background of client services and production, Em has delivered projects for a diverse range of clients such as Westpac, Toyota, Pfizer and Warner Brothers – she is a perpetual yes woman and just wants to make seriously cool things happen!
As a snowboarder, horse rider, ultra-marathon runner and step parent, Em is all about a little bit of banter!
Meet Jesse. Or JB if you wanted to skip the standard formalities.
Having been within the industry for over 7 years, JB has been involved in delivering some of Australia’s most recognised experiences. From hot rod cars, F18 fighter jets, cranes hoisting 20-seater tables over stadiums, fireworks, custom built simulators and a supercar racing team or two. He’s pretty much travelled to all corners of our great country bringing ideas to life, with energy and efficiency.
JB is the man on the ground for Banter. As Senior Production Manager, you will most likely find him onsite, in Hi-Vis with a radio strapped to his shoulder making stuff happen.
JB loves a little bit of Banter…especially if it’s around event production, amazing experiences, practicing Krav Maga, good vibes or anything health and fitness related.
